Job description
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Data Administrator to join our Sustainable Energy Team within Housing Services at Nottingham City Council. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting customer-focused Asset Management programmes by ensuring our data is accurate, timely and reliable.
You will manage and maintain asset data across multiple systems, inputting and validating information from a range of sources, resolving data issues and helping to continuously improve processes. You'll produce reports and insights to support decision-making, respond to a high volume of enquiries from customers, colleagues and contractors, and help coordinate appointments and documentation in line with legislative and organisational requirements.
Working collaboratively, you'll contribute to delivering excellent customer experience, promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, and achieving value for money. You'll also support the wider team with administrative tasks, financial processes and meeting coordination., We recognise that artificial intelligence (AI) can be a helpful tool when preparing your application. AI can guide you, but only your own words and experiences truly matter - we want to see the real you. All examples and statements must be your own, accurate, and reflect your true experience and values. AI tools do not understand context, think critically, or assess the reliability of information, which means AI-generated responses can feel generic and may not accurately represent who you are. We recruit fairly and inclusively - showing your real self is what helps you succeed.

This role is well suited to someone with strong data accuracy, communication and problem-solving skills who is committed to delivering high-quality services for our communities.
