Senior Software Project Manager

In this role you will lead the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations from traditional paper-based processes to a fully integrated paperless Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, software evaluation, and implementation within job shop manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, from needs assessment and vendor selection to full deployment and team adoption. This role requires not only strong technical and organizational skills but also exceptional communication and emotional intelligence to lead change management efforts and gain cross-functional buy-in. Demonstrated success in leading MES or digital transformation projects in a factory setting with 7+ years of experience.

-Proven experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing enterprise or manufacturing software solutions.

-Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflows, and shop-floor operations.

-Knowledgeable in industry available MES (and ERP) systems.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

-High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to be capable of guiding teams through change with empathy and clarity.

-Experience with data conversion.

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. -PMP or similar certification is a plus
