Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Computer Operator to list our fashion items for sale Online. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems uploading all photos onto different platforms , for sale sites as well as uploading items onto websites
We will be hiring 4 computer specialists as we are growing online uploading pictures taking pictures downloading onto the website

Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate computer systems, servers, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform software troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and resolve hardware or software issues promptly.
- Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Support IT infrastructure components such as LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, and network administration tasks.
- Assist users with help desk requests related to operating systems like Windows and macOS, as well as enterprise tools such as Active Directory, GPO (Group Policy Objects), SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and BMC Remedy.
- Maintain security protocols by configuring firewalls, VPNs, Meraki devices, and implementing network security best practices.
- Document incidents, service requests, and system configurations using ServiceNow or Jira; escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong technical support skills with experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues across various operating systems including Windows Server and Linux.
- Proficiency in computer management tools such as SCCM, GPO, Active Directory, DNS management, and network administration.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, TCP connections, DNS resolution, VPN configuration, firewall management, and Cisco Meraki devices.
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking and resolution documentation.
- Ability to perform analysis on system logs and diagnose problems efficiently using analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear guidance to end-users and collaborate with technical teams effectively.
- Experience supporting desktop environments with Microsoft Office applications and mobile device management is a plus.
