UI Developer (Senior Frontend Engineer)

As part of the Green Meadows program, you will work as a Senior Developer responsible for building web applications for operations users and end customers. You will design and develop features, participate in code reviews and deployments, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across engineering and business teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on a greenfield brokerage platform initiative within Fidelity's FCAT organization., * Design and develop UI features for brokerage web applications

• Build scalable and maintainable frontend architecture
• Work with UX/UI specifications, wireframes, and visual designs
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and usability standards
• Contribute to modernization of brokerage systems, * Build modern, scalable UI systems for a next-generation brokerage platform
• Contribute to a once-in-a-decade greenfield modernization effort
• Deliver high-quality, user-centric applications for operations and end users
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Help define frontend standards, architecture, and best practices for the platform

• Strong UI skills (ReactJS or Angular frontend; Angular preferred)
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, React)
• Strong JavaScript & TypeScript fundamentals
• HTML & CSS proficiency with accessibility and cross-browser expertise, * Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred; React/Vue acceptable)
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• HTML/CSS expertise with accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with Git/version control systems
• Ability to translate UX designs into functional UI components
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in complex, distributed system environments
• Understanding of scalable, maintainable frontend architecture
• Strong attention to quality and engineering standards

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Exposure to financial services or trading platforms
