Job description

  • Lead end-to-end application design, development, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.
  • Design scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
  • Support AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives.
  • Ensure best practices in Agile, DevOps, security, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Backend: Java 8+, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA
  • Frontend: Angular, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Messaging: Apache Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture
  • Cloud: Azure, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
  • DevOps: CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL
  • Tools: Maven, Gradle, Git, Bitbucket, SonarQube
  • Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, SDLC
  • Emerging Technologies: AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI
  • Leadership: Project Planning, Estimation, Team Management, Client Interaction, Solution Architecture, * 8 14 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, React, and Cloud technologies.
  • Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial Services domain experience preferred.
