CRM Solutions Architect

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead platform design and delivery across Sales and Service Cloud in a complex, enterprise environment. Responsibilities Own Salesforce solution architecture across Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and core back-office and contact center systems Translate business requirements into scalable solutions - data models, workflows, configuration, and custom development Define and enforce platform best practices across security, data quality, performance, and reusability Provide technical leadership to internal and partner teams through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on coaching Shape the Salesforce technical roadmap, evaluating and adopting new platform capabilities including AI and automation Partner with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements Support release planning, environment management, and CI/CD strategies

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery experience, with 3+ years in an architect or technical lead role Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including case management, routing, and knowledge management Strong experience architecting enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platforms Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing architecture Nice to have Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Data Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) Experience with financial services, insurance, or regulated industry environments Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and Salesforce DevOps practices Exposure to AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem
