Full Stack Developer

We're building a production SaaS platform for the medical aesthetics industry patient-facing and provider-facing apps, a practice management system, and an AI/data layer on the roadmap. There is an existing codebase (web portal live, mobile apps in progress) that needs to be finished, hardened, and shipped to production, followed by ongoing feature development.

We are looking for a developer who ships working software, communicates clearly about status, and flags problems early. This is a hands-on build role with real ownership.

What you'll do

Take the existing platform from mostly built to live in production

Build and maintain front-end and back-end across web and native mobile

Integrate and maintain third-party services (payments, SMS, telehealth, email)

Handle app store submission and release for iOS and Android

Work in a healthcare context where data security and access control matter

Do you have experience in iOS application development?, 3+ years building and shipping full-stack web applications to production

Hands-on with a modern stack: React/Next.js, Node, and a Postgres-based backend (Supabase experience a strong plus)

Native mobile app experience (React Native or similar) with apps you have personally shipped to the Apple App Store and/or Google Play links required

Real integration experience: Stripe, Twilio, REST APIs, webhooks

Comfortable working with sensitive data and access-control rules (HIPAA-aware experience a plus)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience (paid per milestone during contract phase), We've learned what we need, so we're upfront about it:

You show working software, not status updates. Done means tested and demonstrable, not should work.

You flag blockers and uncertainties early. Surfacing a problem fast is valued, not penalized.

Milestones are scoped and accepted before payment. We define "done" together up front, you build to it, we verify, you get paid. Clean and fair both ways.
