Job description
Infosys is seeking for Enterprise Architecture, Segment Lead - AI. As part of Infosys' Strategic Technology Group, you will be responsible for defining, taking to the market and growing next generation Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Consulting Service line. Job role:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives for leading global organizations worldwide.
- Be Responsible for defining GTM (Go to Market) strategy, demand generation and growth of this service line.
- You will also network and collaborate with IT and Business Leaders such as, CTO, CDOs of client organizations. To carry this responsibility, it requires a seasoned mix of business acumen, AI and data technology experience, and an entrepreneur's spirit.
Requirements
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX or Phoenix, AZ willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US. (Hybrid role)
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 20 years of Information Technology experience, with at least 5 years' experience in Technology Consulting in one or more areas like Digital, Cloud, Gen AI or Enterprise Architecture across multiple layers of technologies including Application, Data, Infrastructure, hyper scalers etc.
- In depth experience in architecture and delivery of programs in data, analytics, ML and AI technologies.
- Should have very good understanding and exposure to the products and models relevant to data, analytics and AI space.
- Prior Experience in software development, Architecture and Design of large enterprise systems. In addition, prior experience in one or more areas like creating IT Strategy & Roadmap, Cloud adoption strategy, TCO analysis, AI adoption strategy, Responsible AI Adoption and Legacy Tech Transformation.
- Should have experience and expertise in following technologies: Java, Python, Data engineering, Data and Database engineering, Agentic AI, Gen AI, Machine Leaning, Generative AI, Scripting, Spark, Hadoop, SQL, NoSQL, PyTorch and one of the cloud technologies like AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Should have very good communication and articulation skills (verbal and written), when interacting with CxOs, Middle management and developers, non-IT stakeholders. Should be able to drive workshop discussions with IT and Business communities.
- Should have personally led and delivered one or more digital or cloud or data or AI transformation program successfully with tangible business outcomes
- Should have led a team of architects as part of large programs and provided guidance, coaching and mentoring to ensure tech quality of the program is met.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Should have led a service line with P&L accountability in consulting or technology outsourcing firms earlier.
- Preferred to have completed industry standard certifications in cloud, data, analytics and AI (AWS, GCP, Azure), Enterprise Architecture certifications like TOGAF etc.
