Executive VP, Database Engineering - Wealth Platform

• Design and review logical and physical data models based on existing systems and new business requirements.
• Enhance the canonical data model for the platform.
• Implement data model enhancements and manage views and stored procedures for data consumption and persistence.
• Provide tools and support for data consumption services.
• Ensure performance of data models for transactional and analytical use cases.
• Maintain data quality within the models and interfaces.
• Implement data validation and verification processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide understanding of the data model and data.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 9-11 years of software development experience, preferably in securities or financial services.
• Experience with data modeling, database design, and development.
• Prior experience managing a database development team.
• Knowledge of financial data, client, and entitlement data models.
• Strong understanding of financial accounts, transactions, and positions data.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with ANSI SQL, Scripting (preferably Python), and cloud-native databases.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin or DBArtisan.
