Job description

Provides front-line technical support to end users across the organization. Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network connectivity to ensure reliable and secure IT operations. Document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system. Escalate complex problems to higher-tier IT teammates., * End User Support

  • Deliver in-person and remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues related to Windows, applications, and system access
  • Escalate complex incidents as appropriate while maintaining ownership through resolution
  • Track and document all activities within the ticketing system

System & Device Management

  • Install, configure, and reimage Windows-based workstations
  • Deploy and maintain standard software packages, including Microsoft 365 applications
  • Perform hardware upgrades and replacements
  • Support printer setup, maintenance, and queue management

Identity & Access Management

  • Administer user accounts within Entra ID
  • Reset passwords, manage group memberships, and enforce access controls
  • Manage user profiles and mailboxes within Microsoft 365

Network & Infrastructure Support

  • Configure and troubleshoot basic network connectivity (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP basics and WiFi, VPN, LAN/WAN troubleshooting)
  • Assist with Citrix-based user environments

Mobility & Endpoint Management

  • Enroll, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS and Android) within Intune
  • Manage endpoint configurations and compliance

Platform Administration

  • Support user provisioning, licensing, and group management in Microsoft 365
  • Maintain system integrity through adherence to IT standards and documented procedures

Education

Required

  • Associate or better

Experience

Preferred

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience Foundational experience supporting enterprise IT environments preferred
