Job description
We're looking for a Front-End Engineer (Drupal) to support a large-scale migration (1,200 pages) from WordPress to Drupal 11. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll serve as the primary front-end resource, working closely with backend developers and business stakeholders to rebuild and modernize existing sites in Drupal. This is a true engineering role, not just theming - you'll be responsible for both recreating templates/content and writing code within Drupal (Twig, preprocess functions, etc.) to ensure a clean, scalable migration.
Requirements
5+ years of front-end development experience

Strong Drupal front-end engineering (NOT just theming) Hands-on with: Twig templating HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience supporting CMS migrations (Ideally WordPress * Drupal)
Ability to handle BOTH: Template/content rebuild Code-level Drupal work (Twig + preprocess functions) Working knowledge of PHP (comfortable making adjustments when needed) Strong communication skills Able to work directly with business stakeholders Translate technical concepts clearly Comfortable being the sole front-end engineer
