Job description
- Lead application design, development, integration, and deployment activities across the team.
- Serve as the primary technical lead for solutioning, task breakdown, and execution oversight.
- Participate directly in coding, troubleshooting, code review, and architecture alignment.
- Manage Agile/Scrum delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking.
- Mentor team members and enforce standards for quality, security, and delivery performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, technical leadership, or solution delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with application development, cloud platforms, and modern delivery practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams and managing Scrum deliverables.
- Relevant certification in one or more of the following areas: Databricks, AWS, Scrum/Agile, or PMI-ACP., * Advanced degree in a related field.
- Strong experience with Databricks and AWS data engineering or cloud architecture.
- Experience leading development efforts in federal or mission-driven environments.
- Experience with secure coding, DevSecOps alignment, and performance optimization.
- Experience translating complex requirements into executable technical work packages.
Clearance Requirement
Must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher, or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance or higher in accordance with contract requirements.
