Technical Team Lead

• Lead application design, development, integration, and deployment activities across the team.
• Serve as the primary technical lead for solutioning, task breakdown, and execution oversight.
• Participate directly in coding, troubleshooting, code review, and architecture alignment.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking.
• Mentor team members and enforce standards for quality, security, and delivery performance.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, technical leadership, or solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with application development, cloud platforms, and modern delivery practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams and managing Scrum deliverables.
• Relevant certification in one or more of the following areas: Databricks, AWS, Scrum/Agile, or PMI-ACP., * Advanced degree in a related field.
• Strong experience with Databricks and AWS data engineering or cloud architecture.
• Experience leading development efforts in federal or mission-driven environments.
• Experience with secure coding, DevSecOps alignment, and performance optimization.
• Experience translating complex requirements into executable technical work packages.

Clearance Requirement

Must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher, or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance or higher in accordance with contract requirements.
