Test Automation Lead

• Lead automation strategy, framework development, and execution.
• Build reusable automation libraries and testing utilities.
• Improve automation coverage across critical business workflows.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, Product, and Business teams.
• Analyze test results, manage defects, and ensure release quality.
• Mentor automation engineers and drive QA best practices.

We are seeking a Test Automation Lead with strong QA leadership and hands-on automation experience to lead enterprise testing initiatives. Robot Framework experience is mandatory and a deal breaker. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing automation frameworks, executing automated testing, and leading QA teams in web, API, and end-to-end testing environments.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework (Required).
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
• Expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and test automation best practices.
• Experience with API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Strong coding/scripting experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with SQL and backend data validation.
• Hands-on involvement in automation execution, troubleshooting, and framework enhancements., * Retail or e-commerce domain experience.
• Experience with Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain, or Customer-Facing Applications., A hands-on Automation Lead who combines team leadership with deep technical expertise in Robot Framework, Selenium/Playwright, API Testing, CI/CD, and Automation Framework Development.
