Senior Software Engineer, iOS

Walmart is seeking a Senior iOS Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to address technical challenges, implement continuous integration and deployment practices, and contribute to product strategy. What you'll do

• Analyze and classify requirements, including functional and non-functional, to align with business objectives.
• Design scalable software solutions by evaluating trade-offs and converting high-level designs into detailed functional logic.
• Develop, configure, and maintain testable, secure, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Use GenAI technologies to increase daily productivity.

• Expert-level Xcode, Swift, and Objective-C knowledge, or demonstrated potential to master these quickly.
• Proficiency with design patterns and data structures.
• Knowledge of the latest iOS concepts (eg, Combine, iOS 18)., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering; or
• 5 years' experience in software engineering or a related field., * Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and at least 1 year's experience in software engineering.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and digital accessibility best practices.
