Requirements

Seeking a Performance Engineer with 10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise with JMeter, BlazeMeter, K6, and AI-powered engineering tools for test automation, workload modeling, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive capacity planning. Experience in designing and executing end-to-end performance testing strategies for web, API, cloud, database, and distributed systems is required. Strong knowledge of observability platforms, CI/CD integration, system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native applications is essential. Candidate should be proficient in Python, Java, Groovy, or Shell scripting and capable of collaborating with QA, DevOps, SRE, and development teams to drive performance optimization and scalability initiatives.
