  • Lead Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience migration initiatives, managing full project lifecycle from architecture design and gap analysis to production rollout
  • Rebuild Visualforce components as Lightning Web Components (LWC) and provide comprehensive user training across all departments
  • Manage platform upgrades across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environments, ensuring system stability and zero downtime

Development & Technical Leadership:

  • Design and develop custom Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes to extend platform capabilities
  • Build Batch and Queueable Apex classes for asynchronous processing of large data volumes while adhering to governor limits
  • Develop custom Salesforce Sites using Experience Cloud with role-based access control and GDPR compliance features
  • Create automated solutions using Process Builder, Flow Builder, and workflow rules to streamline business processes

Marketing Cloud Expertise:

  • Build and maintain Marketing Cloud integrations using Marketing Cloud Connect for seamless data synchronization
  • Create automated email marketing campaigns using Journey Builder with conditional logic, personalization, and triggered messaging
  • Configure customer journeys in Email Studio and Automation Studio with A/B testing and dynamic content
  • Lead Marketing Cloud domain migration projects, implementing email authentication protocols (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) for enhanced deliverability

Integrations & Data Management:

  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using API callouts and email automation
  • Develop processes for data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate mapping
  • Create inbound email services for automated email-to-case conversion and processing
  • Execute data migration activities using Data Loader with proper data transformation

System Administration & Security:

  • Configure sharing rules, validation rules, approval processes, and security controls
  • Implement Apex sharing rules for granular record-level security based on complex business criteria
  • Design custom formula fields, workflow field updates, field dependencies, and dynamic picklists
  • Perform comprehensive impact analysis of Salesforce releases in Sandbox before production deployment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development technologies
  • Strong knowledge of batch processing, asynchronous Apex, and performance optimization
  • Experience with data migration tools.
