Job description
Kforce has a client in Cupertino, CA that is seeking an Application Developer.
Duties:
- Analyzes, designs, implements and supports web-related applications support of company's internet/intranet strategy
- Maintains e-commerce or business-related applications
Requirements
- MCP +internet or other certifications like Win 95/98/NT/Unix, Java Script, VB Script, PERL, XML, HTML, SQL Server, Oracle, Progress, MS Front Page, Cold Fusion, Visual Interdev, ActiveX and Java Applets, ISAPI/NSAPI or MS IIS
- Knowledge of authorizing tools and human interface. Must be experienced with performance aspects of application development
- Knowledge of DBMSs, development methodology, standards, design tools and specification representation
- Knowledge of web design principles and standards, firewall and network security and Internet database connectivity
- Experience with Java, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, VB, HTML/DHTML
- Understanding of COM/DCOM, CORBA and linking back-end applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
