Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Marketing Automation Specialist to drive the end-to-end execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple consumer and patient-focused brands. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, journey orchestration, audience segmentation, email/SMS marketing automation, and personalization strategies.
This role will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, IT, Compliance, Creative, and external agencies to deliver highly targeted, compliant, and data-driven customer engagement programs., * Design, develop, and execute email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio).
- Build and manage sophisticated customer journeys, Data Cloud audiences, and Data Extensions.
- Develop dynamic and personalized marketing experiences utilizing AMPScript, SQL, SSJS, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Configure and optimize Automation Studio workflows and campaign automation processes.
- Create and implement A/B testing frameworks to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
- Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, inbox placement, and engagement KPIs.
- Perform end-to-end QA testing across campaigns, data integrations, automations, and new platform features.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, IT, Compliance, and external partners to align campaign execution with business objectives.
- Support onboarding and integration of newly acquired brands into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
- Develop best-practice documentation, strategic playbooks, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.

- Salesforce Data Cloud Certification.
- Salesforce AI Associate Certification.
- Experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and brand integrations.
- Knowledge of API integrations, external data workflows, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Familiarity with deliverability and inbox placement tools such as, * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
