Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in UX and User Interface design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a passion for creating seamless user experiences., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on user experience and interface design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the application remains cutting-edge.

Highly preferred:- Candidates with Ex Freddie Mac, Capital one, Fannie Mae or Mortgage, Banking or Finance industry experience., * Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on UX and UI design.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay Range: $70 - $85/hour on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
