Frontend Software Architekt

• Zentrale Stelle für Architektur-Fragen in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Web-Applikationslandschaft
• Früherkennung und Bewertung von architekturellen Schwachstellen und Risiken sowie Ableitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit
• Sicherstellung der Architekturkonformität hinsichtlich regulatorischer Anforderungen gemäß DORA
• Entwicklung, Einführung und Förderung von Best Practices, Standards und Patterns - inklusive der Weiterentwicklung von Libraries und Framework-Komponenten
• Evaluierung und Einführung neuer Technologien
• Technische Beratung, Unterstützung und Weitergabe von Wissen durch Mentoring, Coaching und gezielte Schulungen zu Technologien der Zielarchitektur
• Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation relevanter Architekturentscheidungen
• Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern, Fachbereichen und bereichsübergreifenden Teams zur Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen und Machbarkeiten

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Software-Architektur oder Fullstack-Entwicklung (Java und JavaScript) und idealerweise Erfahrung als Technical Lead
• Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Apache CXF, React, TypeScript)
• Erfahrung mit state-of-the-art Architekturkonzepten und Entwurfsmustern
• Kenntnisse in Security-Standards und Monitoring-Konzepten (z. B. OWASP, Observability-Stacks)
• Kenntnisse über Java-Server und Laufzeitumgebungen (z.B. Spring Boot, Tomcat, Docker, Linux) wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsskills und die Fähigkeit, andere von neuen Ideen zu begeistern
