Product Owner - Software & Deployment

• Produkt Backlog gestalten, priorisieren und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
• Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen und Technik in klare, umsetzbare User Stories übersetzen
• Analyse von Anforderungen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Software
• Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten
• Stakeholder Management - Kommunikation mit Entwickler:innen, Tester:innen und Management

• Ausbildung in Informatik oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder im Requirements Engineering
• Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe u. Ä.) und moderner Softwareentwicklung
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem analytischem Denken
• Kommunikationsstärke & Teamfähigkeit, um Schnittstellen zwischen Entwicklung, Fachbereichen und Management effektiv zu gestalten
• Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an Deployment, DevOps / IT Operations sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
