Data Architect

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualization come together. Together, we help clients get more value out of their data: from setting up the right data foundations to building dashboards, analytics solutions and AI use cases that support better decisions. As a Data Architect, you will contribute to this by designing the data structures, platforms and integration patterns that help organizations use their data in a consistent, scalable and future-ready way. You play a key role in helping clients modernize their data landscape. You assess existing data environments, analyze business and technical needs, and design target architectures that support analytics, reporting, AI use cases and broader digital transformation. You work across the full data value chain: from source and raw data analysis to data integration, modeling, platform design and migration planning. You help clients move from legacy or fragmented environments towards modern cloud-based data platforms that are easier to scale, govern and use. In this role, you collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, cloud architects, BI consultants, governance specialists and other Data & AI colleagues. You translate client ambitions into meaningful data architecture decisions, challenge requirements where needed, and guide implementation teams towards practical, robust and business-aligned solutions. We're looking for a Data Architect who combines strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset. You are able to understand a client's current data landscape, translate business needs into clear architecture decisions, and guide teams towards solutions that are scalable, secure and maintainable. You'll have knowledge and experience of the following:

• You have a background in Data Engineering or Data Analyses.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Architect.
• You are able to design and set up end-to-end data solutions.
• You collect, analyze and match customer demand with a meaningful design.
• You have good knowledge and experience with SQL, Data modeling concepts and ETL best practices.
• You have practical experience with Microsoft cloud or comparable alternatives.
• Knowledge of a programming language like Python is a plus.
• Experience with using and implementing AI in your and the client's workflow is a plus.
• You have analytical thinking, communication skills and a practical attitude.
• You are proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a must.
