Infrastructure System Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage and support virtualization platforms, storage systems, and server environments.
• Monitor system performance and implement tuning and optimization as needed.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in accordance with change management policies.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs and projects.
• Ensure compliance with company security standards and best practices.
• Participate in incident management and problem resolution.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure systems engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and distributed file systems.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and security practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus.
