System Administrator

Join our passionate Squad and learn MORE about our sweet world of Belgian chocolates! As System Administrator you will mainly be working for Gudrun, one of the three Belgian sites of Natra. As part of Natra's IT Team, you'll help ensure that our systems run smoothly so our colleagues across locations can focus on what they do best. What you'll do:

• Being the first point of IT support concerning hardware, software, connectivity, peripherals,… via phone, Microsoft Teams or our ticketing system;
• You will escalate and help resolve Level 2 issues, including network, server and operating systems - related problems;
• As an addition you'll provide remote support for udders across other Natra locations;
• You set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and other IT infrastructure;
• You keep accurate records of incidents, solutions, and procedures in our ticketing and knowledge system
• You maintaining the inventory of technical equipment at your site;

You will work 3 days a week in our office in Lier and 2 days in Malle. Wat wij van jou vragen

• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch. Furthermore you have a high level of the English language, both written and spoken;
• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT Help Desk environment.
• Experience with Networking (VLANs, VPN), microsoft 365, Windows Server, Backup Tools,...
