Job description
- First point of contact for workplace-related questions and issues reported via Teams, email, and the ticketing system (ServiceNow) and handle service requests and resolve operational business questions that do not need to be escalated to external partners; relay to the support partner when their expertise is required.
- Manage and configure the Microsoft 365 admin center, SharePoint and OneDrive admin, and other workplace systems (such as meeting room configuration).
- Perform deeper analysis of complex incidents, with direct communication to end users and, where needed, the experts and responsible colleagues within the team.
- Provide support for our in-house developed Teams applications such as the intranet, Tools app, Who-is-who, Search, Actions app, and Workspaces and carry out small, approved operational management tasks on these internal systems.
- Review and improve internal documentation and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT processes.
Requirements
- A degree in IT or relevant experience in a helpdesk or support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, the M365 platform (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, …), and Azure Active Directory.
- Knowledge of, or the ambition to deepen your expertise in, the Microsoft 365 admin center, SharePoint admin, and the Power Platform.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment.
- Enjoy working in a team and taking initiative to follow up on both tickets and improvement projects, with the necessary attention to documentation.
