Job description
The RPA / Hyperautomation Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks. This includes building RPA workflows, integrating AI-driven components, orchestrating end-to-end automated processes. The RPA developer will closely work with the business, process owners, and solutions architects to identify automation opportunities, analyse existing processes, and design automated solutions using RPA and AI tools and technologies. You will:
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with process owners and automation champions to understand business requirements and implement automation opportunities
- Design, develop and implement RPA Solutions using the PageGroup RPA agreed tools such as UiPath & Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps…)
- Build, configure and deploy RPA bots ensuring proper - integration with Page systems and data sources
- Design and develop RPA workflows, process flowcharts and technical documentation.
- Test, debug and validate RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate RPA and AI components with existing systems and processes
- Monitor, maintain and optimize existing automations to ensure their ongoing performance and reliability
- Provide documentation, training and technical expertise to business users on RPA solutions implemented. Stay updated with the latest RPA tools and AI technologies and best practices, proactively proposing innovation opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath
- Programming skills in scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, PowerShell or Python
- Experience with web technologies, APIs, and data integration methods
- Experience using data analytics tools is a plus (PowerBI, Tableau...)
- Experience integrating AI services (Azure AI, UiPAth AI Center, Document understanding, OpenAI, AWS AI...) into automation workflows
- Expertise in process analysis, process improvement, and workflow design
- Ability to translate complex business processes into automated workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
