Manage and maintain Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, and related Microsoft server technologies.

Administer Microsoft Active Directory services, ensuring availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Manage and support Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Active Directory replication services.
-
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve server, network, and Active Directory-related issues.
-
Perform Windows Server security patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation activities.
-
Support and maintain Windows clustering environments to ensure high availability and business continuity.
-
Administer VMware vSphere environments and support virtual infrastructure operations.
-
Manage virtual machine lifecycle activities including provisioning, cloning, templates, snapshots, migrations, and resource optimization.

Support vMotion, DRS, HA, and other VMware virtualization technologies.
-
Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to support hybrid and cloud-based environments.
-
Support cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP and assist with infrastructure integration initiatives.

Participate in incident, problem, change, and service request management processes aligned with ITIL practices.

Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.

Contribute to infrastructure modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives., * Implement security, patching, and operational best practices across infrastructure services.

Requirements
-
6-8 years of experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure support.
-
Strong expertise in Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, and Microsoft server technologies.
-
Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Active Directory environments.
-
Strong knowledge of Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Active Directory replication.
-
Experience supporting Windows clustering and high-availability solutions.
-
Expertise in Windows Server security patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
-
Strong experience with VMware vSphere platforms including vSphere 5.x, 6.x, and related virtualization technologies.
-
Hands-on knowledge of vMotion, DRS, High Availability, cloning, templates, and snapshots.
-
Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure operations, security, and governance practices.

Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to work effectively in enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments.
