• Fees: Rates are agreed per engagement and aligned to role seniority, experience and scope.

An experienced ServiceNow professional, operating within one or more of the following disciplines:

• ServiceNow Developer (configuration, customisation, scripting and integration)
• ServiceNow Technical Architect (platform / solution design)
• Technical Business Analyst (ITSM / ITOM focused)
• ServiceNow Functional Consultant (ITSM-led delivery)

You will be comfortable operating within regulated, secure environments, confident working across ServiceNow platforms, and able to support hands-on delivery - from requirements and design through to configuration, build and optimisation.
