Lead Software Engineer

As the Lead Software Engineer, you'll have hands-on end-to-end ownership of projects, from product discovery and architecture through to implementation. There is heavy adoption of AI tooling (agentic AI) in the team and there's an opportunity to upskill on cutting edge developer workflows.

You'll also be involved in the important, strategic conversations and will bring your creative thinking and ideas to the table, always looking at the bigger picture and what's next.

What you'll bring…

As a well-established Lead Software Engineer, you'll have both a technical and commercial mindset when it comes to designing and building systems.

• Experience across all areas of full stack development and ideally in large scale SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Other technical knowledge required includes NodeJS, Vue, SQL Server.
• Forward thinking approach to producing quality software development and utilising AI.
• Experience of working in mature CI/CD environments and following DevSecOps methodologies.
