Job description

Our incoming Systems Support Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems, including workstations, servers, and network infrastructure, while providing technical support and troubleshooting. They will also develop training materials, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with leadership to implement solutions and preventive measures., * Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based workstations, handheld devices, servers, and various printer technologies.

  • Support Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV) and RF/wireless devices.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and devices.
  • Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot user accounts, phones, and software installations/upgrades.
  • Develop and update training materials, SOPs, Run Books, and instructional sheets for IT.
  • Communicate issues, provide solutions, and implement preventive measures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and document network problems/resolutions.
  • Maintain site licenses and perform maintenance programs according to standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer service?, * Strong in Windows OS and Office applications.

  • Have experience with network technologies such as switches, routers, access points, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in the IT field with working knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical concept in non-technical terms.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and technical ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong organizational skills needed. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
  • Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
  • Warehouse experience and warehouse IT experience is a plus.
  • Logistics understanding and technology related to logistics within a warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Past work or understanding the process of AGV's is a plus.
