The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics will lead and develop the Digital Analytics team to build and deliver reports and insights to partner teams across the Digital, Marketing and Merchandising organizations. The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics will empower partners to make customer and data led decisions and optimize company sales growth and profitability through use of website analytics and analyses. This role is responsible for digital reporting and analytics for all CBH brands and will directly support the Crate&Kids brand through insights, reports and analyses., * Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly key digital KPI reporting across all levels of the organization; including executive summaries, brand and department detailed reporting across our digital properties (website, IOS app) focusing on actionable insights
- Build reporting workspaces in collaboration with business partners to support specific analysis needs and educate business partners on self-service and capabilities of available analytics tools.
- Conduct analysis and provide insight into trends on customer behavior on site and partner in data led recommendations for increasing traffic, conversion, engagement,etc.
- Provide opportunity sizing, drawing on site trends, testing data, financial performance, to enable prioritization of projects and enhancements within the Ecommerce development roadmap.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Brand leadership on day-to-day analytics support.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Exceptional leadership skills to build bridges and lead in cross-functional teams to deliver insights
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify and quantify new opportunities and gaps and the ability to synthesize and analyze large sets of data to yield actionable findings.
- Proven track record for driving business results through strong leadership, communication, effective internal and external relationships
- Extensive knowledge of ecommerce data collection technologies, key trends and framework
- Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and technology quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to tell the data story
We'd love to hear from you if you have…
- 5+ years working in e-commerce and/or software
- A minimum of 5 years in a role with finance and/or analytics or data science responsibilities
- A minimum of 2 years managing analysts.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with standard click-stream analysis tool (Adobe Analytics preferred).
- Experience with omnichannel retailers preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
