Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance within 365 days.\n
- Experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, or related technical roles.\n
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, infrastructure automation, and software delivery lifecycle practices.\n
- PowerShell scripting experience.\n
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.\n
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools for build, test, deployment, and release automation.\n
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\n
- Ability to translate technical constraints and opportunities into actionable plans for leadership and project teams.\n
- Experience with Git-based source control workflows and branching strategies.\n
- Experience with vulnerability management, compliance checks and security scanning.\n
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools.\n, * US Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance.\n
- Technical background in infrastructure as code, configuration management, and platform automation.\n
- Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket, MSBuild, Docker Swarm, Puppet or similar.\n
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and site reliability concepts.\n
- Exposure to virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V.\n
- Familiar with Active Directory.\n

n The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure, and partnering closely with software engineers in fast-paced, iterative development environments.\n \n \nThis position does have the ability to work remote, but the ideal candidate will be located near Newport News, VA with the ability to be on site if needed.\n \n \nPrimary Responsibilities:\n \n \n
- Promote best practices for infrastructure automation, platform reliability, deployment workflows, and environment management.\n
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase team efficiency, service quality, and scalability.\n
- Drive consistency in DevSecOps practices, tooling, standards, and operational support models across projects.\n
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and program leadership to align DevSecOps capabilities with business and technical needs.\n
- Support delivery teams by removing blockers, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely execution of DevOps-related work.\n
