Job description
The Senior Analyst works with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, eliminate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization. This role partners with business and IT leaders to define automation requirements, design and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, and deliver scalable workflows that enhance accuracy, throughput, and cost efficiency-primarily within revenue cycle operations and enterprise support functions., * Serve as a primary automation resource, leading UiPath RPA development and deployment across revenue cycle and operational workflows
- Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities by partnering with business stakeholders
- Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath bots to automate manual, repetitive, and rules-based processes
- Develop automations across key Revenue Cycle areas including:
- Claim preparation and submission workflows
- Payment posting and reconciliation
- Denial follow-up and AR resolution processes
- Data extraction from portals, EHRs (Epic), and financial systems
- Manage and monitor bots using UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring reliability, performance, and exception handling
- Maintain automation pipelines, including enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization
- Document automation processes, technical specifications, and operational runbooks
- Partner with IT and data teams to integrate automation with enterprise systems and ensure scalability
- Establish automation standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Provide training and support to business teams on automated workflows and bot usage
- Track and report automation impact, including time savings, productivity gains, and error reduction
- Support onboarding of new business units by identifying automation opportunities and deploying scalable solutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * Degree in business management, finance, information systems, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, automation, or process improvement
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and RPA development as a primary skillset
- Proven experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities within revenue cycle workflows (claims, billing, posting, AR follow-up, etc.)
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Bots)
- Understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business process reengineering
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to assess automation feasibility and ROI
- Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems (e.g., Epic, PeopleSoft, web portals, file-based processes)
- Familiarity with scripting or programming concepts (VB.NET, Python, or similar languages preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to translate business needs into automation solutions
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Ability to document automation workflows, technical design, and operational procedures
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of automation processes
- Ability to manage multiple automation initiatives and meet deadlines with high quality output
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer or Advanced Developer) preferred, * UiPath: 5 years (Required)
