  • Implement monitoring, observability, and operational guides for production support

  • Ensure internal teams supporting the Branded Calling platform follow best practices in architecture, security, and cost optimization

  • Continuously iterate and improve systems, tooling, and automation

  • Participate in an on-call rotation for system support

  • Architect, configure, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure, including containerized workloads (Docker, ECS)

  • Configure infrastructure to comply with security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/27002

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, recommend, and implement cost-effective technology solutions that support the Branded Calling platform

  • Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery speed and quality (while maintaining secure coding and data-handling practices)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * 5-7+ years supporting production infrastructure in cloud or data center environments

  • Experience with at least one virtual hosting environment (AWS strongly preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies: Docker, ECS

  • Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash

  • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and automation tools like Atlantis

  • Experience administering Linux systems

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy)

  • Strong foundation in networking, Linux, storage, and databases

  • Experience configuring infrastructure to meet security and compliance standards

  • Experience with Git version control

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex cloud issues

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in Agile, multi-disciplinary teams

  • Ability to manage software releases and deployments

Bonus Points
