- Processing a high volume of Program Access Requests (PARs)
- Management of the program personnel database
- Provide security guidance regarding program operations
- Conduct briefings and debriefings
- Conduct administrative tasks to include parcel checks, alarm testing, visit certifications, and track reporting of foreign travel and adverse information to Government customers
- Assist with implementing Security Education and Media Control Plan
- Develop a full understanding of 5220.22-M NISPOM, 5205.07 DoD Manual, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives
- Support COMSEC tasks
- Participate in a team environment to develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in coordination with the company policies and government regulations
- Supporting Government Inspections and program self-inspections
- Plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
- Work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Travel on company business
- Display tact, discretion and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of Raytheon employees
- Able to obtain and maintain all access as required by the programs.
Requirements
This is an entry level Industrial Security Specialist II position within a Special Program environment. The selected candidate will learn how to develop, execute, and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You must have excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, writing skills, and professional image. Refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts as well as the ability to multi- task is required. You will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision. You must be detail oriented and be able to follow through when completing tasks., * Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience with any of the following: 5220.22-M NISPOM, 5205.07 DoD Manual, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives
Qualifications We Prefer
- Understanding of government guidance to include the NISPOM and DoD Manuals
- Security related certification and training courses
- Experience with SIMS and DISS databases
- Working knowledge of Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG)
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
