Software Test Engineer

• Own and develop test systems (SIL, HIL, EOLT) across engineering and manufacturing
• Design, build, deploy, and improve software and hardware test solutions for avionics, sensors, motors, batteries, and assemblies
• Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Define and enforce test standards, protocols, and validation processes
• Develop automation, data pipelines, and visualization tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Serve as subject matter expert on components under various conditions

• Strong background in software test engineering with hardware interaction
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++
• Experience with embedded systems and Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with test instrumentation and data acquisition
• Experience building automated test systems for manufacturing or safety-critical applications
• Familiarity with Git, CI, and software validation processes
• Proven ability to own and drive complex, cross-disciplinary problems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $100.00/hr.
