Job description
We are hiring a Tier 2 IT Support Technician to resolve the tickets that move past our Tier 1 team. You will keep client environments healthy, sharpen your skills with paid certifications, and work alongside a senior technician who has your back.
What you'll do:
- Own Tier 2 tickets escalated from Tier 1
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Support Windows Server and Active Directory
- Troubleshoot networking: firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs
- Monitor backups and support clients on-site and remotely across Northeast Ohio
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Two to four years in IT support, including escalated issues
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Basic Windows Server and Active Directory skills
- Networking troubleshooting fundamentals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bonus points:
- CompTIA A+ or Network+
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or working toward AZ-104
- MSP experience, * You must live in Northeast Ohio and work on-site daily at our Painesville or Hudson office
- You must be authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship
- Any offer is contingent on a clean background check, drug screen, and driving record
