IT Principal Architect - Salesforce CRM

• Executes complex architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.
• Synchronizes systems design and technology constraints in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Develops key capabilities and performance requirements when developing system architectures.
• Creates technical specifications and standards for layered and multidimensional models.
• Designs and implements solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
• Communicates the design of the technical architecture clearly too all stakeholders.
• Implements complex data modeling and advanced project development of system architecture.

• 5 years of experience in systems architecture - roadmap, guiding principles, etc.
• Prior experience as the architectural authority for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
• Previous background ensuring platform designs align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce solution design and delivery
• Ability to establish Salesforce architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Prior experience as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce core architecture, data model, and platform limits
• Multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• Integration patterns, APIs, and middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in support of Salesforce solutions
