Job description
We're looking for System Support Specialists to serve as the trusted technical experts for iQHR customers. In this role, you'll provide high-level guidance and hands-on support to help users successfully navigate and maximize our intelligent HR platform., * Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, delivering timely and effective support through chat, email, phone, and video sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, including workflows, data management, integrations, user permissions, and platform functionality.
- Guide customers on best practices for using the platform's features to optimize HR processes and achieve better outcomes.
- Proactively monitor customer activity to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to document bugs, provide feedback, and contribute to system improvements.
- Create and update helpful resources such as knowledge base articles, tutorials, FAQs, and how-to guides.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to help inform future platform enhancements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Payroll systems (technically supported)?, This is a technical, customer-facing position that combines problem-solving, platform expertise, and strong communication skills. You'll help turn potential challenges into smooth experiences, ensuring every customer can effectively use the system to streamline their HR operations., * 2+ years of experience in technical support, system support, SaaS support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and master complex software platforms.
- Excellent communication skills - you can explain solutions clearly to both non-technical users and more experienced administrators.
- A customer-focused mindset with patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and professional when handling urgent or escalated issues.
- Familiarity with HR processes or HR technology is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with workflow automation, data integrations, or modern cloud-based platforms.
