Job description
Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and peripherals.

Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, Slack, or in-person and provide technical support and assistance as needed.

Independently diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate IT teams when necessary.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.

Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve computer problems, ensuring minimal downtime.

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in IT processes and systems, and contribute to the implementation of solutions.

Maintain accurate records of IT projects, user requests, resolutions, system configurations, and network details.

Assist with IT projects as assigned, including software upgrades, hardware installations, and system migrations.
Requirements

Your expertise will be pivotal in driving IT projects aimed at enhancing our technological capabilities within both office and production environments. We are looking for an individual who thrives on challenges, possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, is driven to find innovative solutions, and willing to work both in office and production environments., Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

Four years of proven experience in a technical support role, providing assistance with hardware, software, and networking issues.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, Linux, and basic networking concepts.

Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
