Job description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst IT Support Services to join American Tower's IT organization's Infrastructure & User Services team. The supports, innovates, and enhances Microsoft collaboration environments and endpoint management to ensure secure and productive digital experiences. Day to day you will administer Microsoft 365 platforms, monitor endpoint health, and implement automation for operational efficiency. As a Senior Analyst, you will strengthen governance, drive adoption of new technologies (including AI and Copilot), and contribute to operational excellence across collaboration platforms., * Administer and support Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Copilot, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktop services while automating tasks with PowerShell and Tanium for efficiency and standardization.
  • Monitor endpoint health and compliance using Tanium, implementing security policies, baselines, and patch management.
  • Lead major incident responses and perform full root cause analyses for collaboration and endpoint service disruptions.
  • Define and manage operational metrics, service level agreements, and compliance dashboards for Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint visibility platforms.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and identity lifecycle governance to strengthen security posture.
  • Manage service reliability by monitoring Microsoft 365 health, Azure Service Health, and incident trends to proactively mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with global Workplace and Infrastructure teams to implement automation pipelines using PowerShell, Graph API, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Microsoft desktop environments and collaboration tools experience required.
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, SC-300, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience with Intune, Endpoint Manager, or Desktop Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, endpoint hardening, and compliance.
  • Enterprise or hybrid environment experience.
  • Involvement in innovation, automation, or AI adoption projects.
  • Hands-on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot experience.
  • Experience with Tanium for endpoint visibility, compliance, and patching.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
