Job description

Titan Transfer is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to keep our transportation systems, customer integrations, and operational technology running smoothly across our nationwide trucking network.

What You'll Do

EDI & Customer Integrations

  • Manage EDI communication and customer integrations
  • Troubleshoot load tenders, tracking updates, invoicing, and API/EDI connectivity
  • Coordinate onboarding and testing for new customer setups
  • Work with customers, brokers, billing, and operations teams to quickly resolve issues
  • Maintain EDI workflows, mappings, and documentation
  • Partner with vendors to improve automation and system efficiencies

Technology Support

  • Support McLeod Software and transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Troubleshoot operational software and system issues
  • Assist with software updates, permissions, and integrations between platforms

IT Help Desk Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for office staff and drivers
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, email, and connectivity issues
  • Set up computers, user accounts, and company devices
  • Coordinate with outside IT vendors when escalated support is needed
  • Track and manage help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Experience with EDI, transportation technology, or logistics operations

  • Knowledge of McLeod Software or other TMS platforms
  • Understanding of APIs, EDI workflows, and transportation operations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite at our Shelbyville, TN office

Preferred Experience

  • Transportation or trucking industry experience
  • Experience supporting nationwide shipper integrations
  • Basic networking and mobile device management knowledge
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
