Job description
You act as a Fullstack Developer within our cross-functional team, ensuring that our solutions align with our customers needs and our development standards., * You are responsible for the development, modification and maintenance of modern, complex, web-based applications, backend services as well as integration solutions for our Enterprise IXM Platform (a CMS platform)
- Together with your agile team you will work and develop new ideas and lasting solutions for complex customer requirements from a wide range of industries and implement them.
- You work autonomously but keep in close contact with colleagues and the other teams.
- You actively contribute to open discussions where every ideas is highly appreciated.
- You challenge yourself regularly by facing new tasks and you continuously learn - with and from each other in the team.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with international teams, enriching your professional ocean of knowledge as you learn from each other
- Ensure clear and proactive communication across the board, with fluid updates and feedback.

Requirements
- You have several years of professional working experience as a fullstack developer and practical experience within agile workplaces
- You have good knowledge of modern web frameworks (Angular), as well as TypeScript, HTML and CSS/SASS
- Within back-end technologies, you have extensive experience in C#/.NET and relational databases (SQL)
- You are confident in dealing with REST-based application architectures
- You are familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git or Bitbucket), CI pipelines and automated testing
- You value the importance to testing, clean code policies and regular code reviews
- You work independently but also enjoy to participate in technical and architectural discussions within your team
- You have the ability to think abstractly and in a solution-oriented manner
- A self-motivated attitude with flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challenges-alongside strong communication skills in English and German (written and spoken - C1)
- A thirst for knowledge, always ready to explore new tools, systems, and technologies as you dive deeper into your craft

Legal Note for Austria The position is full-time and located to the office in Vienna. According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary is € 3.954 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). The final compensation is based on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed accordingly. We recruit on an ongoing basis.
