Job description
As a Product Specialist Imaging IT, you will be part of the Europe & International Marketing IT team and will be responsible for:
- Facilitating collaboration between the regional SSUs and product centres such as product management and R&D.
- Supporting technicians and application specialists in setting up and maintaining demo units and proofs of concept.
- Managing demo units used for product demonstrations at trade fairs, conferences and customer meetings. Together with the Clinical Pre-Sales Consultants and Business Managers in the team, you will ensure that the units function as expected.
- Setting up and maintaining a demo environment in the Cloud (AWS) available to AGFA Healthcare application specialists (demonstrators) and for controlled use by customers.
- Ensuring interoperability between the various components of the demo unit (e.g. Enterprise Imaging Scheduling, Enterprise Imaging, Xero, BI, TeraRecon, OrthoView, TomTec, Invia, TQM/Dose and other third-party applications).
- Helping to draw up a roadmap focusing on the use of the applications in a commercial demo environment and further developing capabilities within the organisation in line with the product portfolio and market needs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or possess equivalent experience.
- You have in-depth knowledge of IT, preferably in healthcare-related IT.
- You have IT experience in the technical support of new products and solutions.
This experience includes:

The installation of demo units.

Setting up and configuring PACS systems.

Network management.

Basic experience with SQL and knowledge of Linux.

Setting up a virtual IT environment (hypervisor)

In-depth knowledge of healthcare communication standards, such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM and IHE workflows.

You are able to work under pressure and have a solution-oriented approach.

You are a confident communicator and are skilled at maintaining an international network.

You work independently and are willing to familiarise yourself with AGFA HealthCare's internal processes.

You have a good command of English (spoken and written).
