Our goal: sustainable, connected mobility that makes owning a car unnecessary., * Overall responsibility for delivery and on-time release of two Java teams as well as nearshore teams, from conception to production
- Management, prioritisation, and assurance of development tasks in close coordination with Product Owners and stakeholders
- Definition and enforcement of code quality standards, as well as implementation of active quality management
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of development teams, as well as management of nearshore collaboration
- Strategic team development, identification of skill gaps, targeted staff development, and transparent reporting on progress, risks, and quality
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field
- Several years of experience in software development with Java EE and Spring (Boot), as well as proven leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of system architectures, web application security, domain-driven design, and service architectures
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), tools (GitLab, Jira, Confluence), as well as deployment with Docker, Kubernetes, and ideally AWS
- Ideally , experience with Quarkus and Kafka, as well as an understanding of business requirements in a B2B environment
