It Project & Product Manager - Energy Sector

At Astek we are looking for an IT Project & Product Manager to join a dynamic and innovative environment within the energy sector, supporting real-time operations, renewable energy activities, and data-driven transformation.You will act as a key link between business teams and IT development, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with a strong end-to-end product vision.Main responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional and technical specificationsCoordinate Agile development cycles (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)Manage product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholdersLead medium and long-term IT projects end-to-endCoordinate testing, UAT, and deployments across environmentsMonitor incidents, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolutionCollaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teamsPromote continuous improvement and Agile best

4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar roleStrong experience working in Agile environmentsSolid understanding of software architectures, APIs, data flows, and CI/CDExperience with tools such as JIRAInterest in energy markets and digital innovation within the sectorFluent in English (Spanish is a plus)Who are we?
