Requirements
strong /ppWe are looking for a Technical Lead - API Channel / Web with 5+ years of continuous and specialized experience in microservices development using Java and Spring Boot, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. The ideal candidate has strong experience in architectural design, REST API governance, cloud environments (AWS), and a clear focus on code quality and best practices., strong /ppTechnical skills /pp5+ years of experience in Java-based microservices development with Spring Boot. /ppProven experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL. /ppStrong knowledge of JPA / Hibernate. /ppSolid understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and event-driven architectures. /ppHands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch. /ppExperience using Git and Maven in collaborative environments. /ppbr/ppTesting quality /ppExperience defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies. /ppStrong background in JUnit and Mockito. /ppHigh standards for code quality, maintainability, and best practices. /ppSoft skills /ppStrong technical leadership and team management capabilities. /ppAbility to mentor and guide developers. /ppExcellent communication and collaboration skills. /ppbr/ppstrongLanguages /strong /ppNative or equivalent Spanish. /ppEnglish B2, spoken, written, and read.
