You will be responsible for the redesign and delivery of adirect distribution mobile applicationused by end customers in thetransportation/travel sector. Main responsibilities: As aScrum Master: Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress) Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement Configure and use Azure DevOps dashboards and boards As anIT Project Manager: Coordinate technical and business stakeholders Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions Manage project planning, resources, and dependencies Ownbudget tracking, cost control and reporting Identify risks and define mitigation plans Prepare steering committees and executive reporting Define the go-live strategy and transition to run

5+ years of experienceas Scrum Master and/or IT Project Manager Strong background inB2C digital environments(mobile apps, e-commerce, digital platforms) Solid mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps English, Spanish, French: fluent Nice to have: Scrum certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent) Experience intransportation, mobility, or travel industry
