Your Responsibilities: Operate, administer, and continuously enhanceIdentity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with a focus onPing Identity solutions. Manage and maintainPing Identity componentsinon-premise or hybrid infrastructures. Monitorsystem health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Manageaccess control policies, authentication flows, and integrations, particularly usingPingAM. Maintain integrations withdirectories, HR systems, applications, ITSM platforms, and SIEM tools. Implementsystem changes, patches, and enhancementsin accordance withchange management best practices. Collaborate closely withcustomer teamsto improve processes, performance, and system reliability. Maintain and updatetechnical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Hands-on experience with one or morePing Identity products, such asPingAM, PingIDM, or PingDirectory (PingDS)(formerly ForgeRock). Relevant certifications are a plus. Solid knowledge ofIAM concepts and protocols, includingLDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Experience operatingIdentity and Access Management (IAM) systemsinon-premise or hybrid environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyzelogs, APIs, connectors, and relational databases. Experience working withJira, Confluence, GitLab, and confident use ofMicrosoft Office tools. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skillswith acustomer-focused communication style. Language skills: Spanish fluent, English(B2 level);Portuguesewould be a strong plus
