Job description
The role of the Technology Manager is to ensure that new Wind Turbine developments are fitting with the operational Installation & Commissioning (I&C) requirements and manage the ramp up in the projects. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and represent Installation & Commissioning in the new product development ensuring close collaboration with the regional teamsCompiling all the requirements (from O2team, Supervision, Commissioning and the regions) coming from operations in one clear deliverableFollowing the fulfillment of those requirements during the PEP processProviding technical electrical expertise and support during the development phase, the PT (prototype) and ramp-up phase of a project (e.G. new windturbine, new tool, changed process, etc.)Participate in the simultaneous engineering team meetings as key stakeholder from installation and commissioning and coordinate relevant technical contributorsFollow up on the key requirements in the different forums including ad-hoc meetings, integration and SE meetingsManage the coordination of the prototypes, indoor and mockup test on site as I&C focal pointManaging/leading the Prototype working side by side with the regionTaking all the lessons
Requirements
